Other than the missed passes by Newton, Auburn played well. Someone else said it, the lockdown corners and DLines of the SEC champion normally is enough to give them the edge in any bowl game. It is interesting to think, though, if UT would have had Colt last year they might have beaten 'Bama.
The good news is that now if anyone has 500k just laying around unused, you can give it to some player's Mom and Dad and just not tell the player!!!
Lesson of the day: Kick the field goal when it's 4th and 1 from the 1 with a full quarter left to play.
So, how long until this win gets vacated? BTW this is exactly how I wanted it, the two teams basically got swallowed by a sink hole tonight
HaHaHaHa! Glad to see the mother duckers get beat! It will be so much fun seeing all the dejected quacks whining around for the next month or so!! me too, also you can tell them maybe they will fare better when they play for the title again in another 150 billion years
This was a horrible BCS Championship game. Neither team looked very good. Hope ESPN is happy with their hype of this pathetic game and of Cam Newton who showed little. Reinforced the perception that Auburn has thugs and Farley is a dirty player. Intentionally pulling on someone's facemask after they are down should have got him ejected.
Auburn showed poor sportsmanship across the board in this game, on the biggest possible stage for them. Embarrassing. Don't forget the knee to the face on the kick off.
doubt it happnes since NCAA had their chance to prove their case and didn't. they set the precedent that if the student athlete doesnt know about money being paid, it's ok to pay their parents.
