What was the deal with the nu coaches hugging and going crazy like they were. That was a joke! I would bet they will lose by at least 20 tomorrow.
girls are still in it, and they're really fun to watch! I guess I didn't really care about women's hoops until we got good at it, and have one of the best players in the country. It also doesn't hurt that the coach is really really hot.
I am still trying to figure out how this is the first time all year that you have been disappointed in the play of the team.
Yeah, I'm actually gonna have to get off my azz and do stuff around the house...no OU games to use as an out. Thanks :kelvin:
There wasn't much to be disappointed about till this game really. Maybe the Missouri loss but that game the fans didn't show up. The defense is really dissappointing at times this year. 46 points in that 2nd half. That's really bad.
This team "was supposed" to have guards who could penetrate a defense and attack the rim. WHERE HAS THIS BEEN? Our offense has been a choice of one of the three: 1. Turnover 2. Dribble down to under five seconds on the shot clock and jack up a three (usually from a guy who doesn't shoot the 3 very well). 3. Dump it down low Unfortunately, 1 and 2 have happened FAR more often than anybody would like to have admitted. This form of offense has been around for a while. This program has been LUCKY over the years to have been graced by some guys who could bail this team out when they needed to (Minor, Erdmann, Brewer, Najera, Johnson, McGhee, Price, Lavender). Them bailing out WAS the offense. It's what is called the "HOPE AND A PRAYER" offense, and as we say in my profession "HOPE IS NOT A METHOD."
"It's an easy game, when the ball goes in the bucket you look good." "Ebi needs to learn that you don't have to score points to win games." "Taj can't play zone defense." "Johnnie Gilbert is the best defensive player we have." ...and the list of Kelvin-isms goes on and on.:kelvin:
