The Cowboy Triple

Driving back from lunch today (Abeulo's and Mix 96!) I passed by Billy Sims bbq. The sign read, "The Cowboy Triple".

Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to run in and find out what Boomercue ol' Billy was serving up as a special, but I was wondering what "The Cowboy Triple" could be.

My guess:

1) Unrealistic Expectations;
2) Crushing Defeat; and,
3) Enduring Bitterness.

Y'all want slaw with that?
