OU regional: No. 2 seed at Va Tech

This looks like a very winnable regional for the Sooners. Not thrilled about going to LSU for a super though, can't stand those people. Not much love for the Big12 in the tourney.

Yeah, 3 bids total for the Big 12 -- Poke, KSU and us.

Of course, before anyone on the Internet (like batsh!t crazy A&M) laughs too hard, we only have 9 baseball teams in our league (ISU doesn't have baseball) so one-third of our teams isn't terrible, I guess... just nothing to be too proud of

 

The Colonial Conference got three teams in the tournament. The baseball committee is a joke. A&M got in the tournament even though they couldn't make the SEC conference tournament. The RPI was obviously completely jacked this year, but the committee still used it to a T.

 

Won our way to a 2 seed, very nice

I am also taking vBets on our first game against Coastal Carolina

 

A&M goes 10-22 against teams in the top 100 RPI and gets a 2 seed. OU wins it's conference tournament and gets a 2 seed. Make's sense

aTm was 13-16 in SEC play and 6-13 on the road.

WVU 13-11 in BXII play and 12-14 on the road.

It all about RPI and that sucks!

WVU and ND deserved to be in the tourny!

ND's RPI is better than aTm, so I don't know what the hell they were smoking! UCONN screwed them I guess.

 

A&M's AD was on the committee.

Oberste is really due to starting crushing. Now is as good of time as any to do so. Couple that with solid pitching and we should make it out of the regional.
