A few years ago, they hosted (and beat) Mizzou here in Tulsa at their aging Mabee Center. Now, they're likely to do the same thing to crappy, hapless Texas Tech on Thursday. Link It's a big deal to them, apparently.. They really have sold the hell outta this game locally and it looks like they will have a big crowd to match.
I remember watching Ryan Minor and the Sooners beat them down at the Mabee Center in the mid-90s. I think it was Kelvin's second year. Good stuff.
