Once again, the D blows an assignment and lets a receiver get behind them...

 

I think the other teams take penalties to put themselves in third-and-long.

 

Seriously.

When is Venables due for criticism? When is it not non-PC to criticize the guy? Why is it each year there's a new excuse? It's young players, or it's injuries--it's always something. What's the excuse this season? Why are there constantly people wide open in key situations? Key third downs? Key two point conversions? Why?

 

Season's over before it even started.

 

why cant we score a TD earlier.....a friggin field goal?? why are we looking back at the bench for a play call????????? this is 2009

 

We'll just have to focus better on offense and hope things work out now.

sometimes it is really hard being a sooner fan.....after being the most dominant offense last year, i anticipated a little drop off...but mostly everyone had had playing time. our defense is great, as long as the play doesnt get to the safeties and corners.

i know we are without bradford and gresham, but outside of the d-line and linebackers, murray and brown, we look really bad.

i'll always be a soonerfan, i always have, but this is just silly dumb

 

Well, on the bright side hopefully we can snag an easy bowl match up and end our bowl losing streak this year.

 

If there is such a thing as Sooner Magic we need it now boys
