there it was- Douggie left alone at the 3pt line with 5 seconds left, desperately looking for someone to pass to. Desmond Mason starts to cry

 

I just play backed the end of the game twice to watch Gottlieb pass up the most open shot in ncaa history

 

I don't feel bad for desmond....it just got him ready for all the losing he would go through during his NBA career

 

Dammit! I didn't know this was on, should have DVR'd it. This was the defining basketball game of my youth.
