Without the really terrible bunt defense in the first inning, it would be a pretty close game at 2-1.

Alspaugh draws a bases-loaded walk to bring the Sooners within 6-3 and put the potential game-tying run aboard in the ninth.

 

Final. 6-3 Purdue. Rally falls short.

 

Returned the favor today, beating Purdue 7-1.
