I didn't look at the links but in general I would say, Tobias.

Buster cracks me up as well.

 

Buster is great, but there's something that tells me that Gob and Tobias almost have a one upsmanship thing going.

Buster, Tobias though...al good. David Cross has been a favorite of mine since Mr. Show with Bob and David. Comedy that is still relevant.

 

Both are really funny characters that have some outrageous moments throughout the course of the show. I voted for GOB though.
