Ahhhh remember the good old days....when we could run the ball so well that our leading TD rusher was a Back Up QB? Remember the days that seem only a year ago when OU could actually pass the ball for over 500 yards a game and still win by 1? Remember the days when the Defense allowed 30-40 points a game? and ALL that was with a 4th year former Heisman candidate QB...........who as I remember, lost a few games along that time span. Chill out Everybody!
I agree. I am totally excited that Mike has the D playing so well. The QB situation will work itself out. A win is a win. Lots of areas in which we need to improve, but lots of bright spots again this week as well.
Lots of positives for sure. Defense, run game, special teams. I think thats what makes the QB such an intriguing conversation. Its the missing piece of the puzzle so far.
