Well now, before we all jump to conclusions, I do feel his frustration and have been known myself, on at least one occaision, to suggest to the QC staff at a company where I worked that CofA's would be completed on time or I'd use their heads for bowling balls. So there are at least some circumstances in which 'terroristic threats' are utterly justified. That would be when dealing with Quality Departments. Not sure clinic staff are quite that useless, but it's a distinct possibility.
