The 1970's Houston Astros have just released a statement that they would not be caught dead in the new Maryland football uniforms.

 

Def better than uo and osu. theyre kind of cool. for maryland.

I like them. That is bad ***. The shoes are ugly, everything is else is cool. Especially the helmets. And yes am serious.

 

I like them as well. If your school doesn't have classic Unis like OU, Mich, Texas, Ohio St., etc. you may as well switch it up some.

 

I thought I was watching South American football at first.

 

I stand by my original statement. Awesome flag unis for the win!

 

That's the spirit.

 

Those unis kind of grow on you as the game goes on - like fungus. Actually, I kind of like them and I like Boise's too. UGA's unis hurt my brain. We've sold out too with the special combat unis for a single game. That's fine with me as long as we keep the traditional unis and get all that free, high-tech Nike stuff in return.

The idea is cool, but the execution is terrible. There are probably 1,000 better ways to get the flag on the helmet without having it bisected down the middle like that.

I liked them. I've always like the Maryland flag, too. Sounds like I'm in the minority. whatev. Ryan Broyles and I will just hang out in the minority. With Fraggle, and Badger (after they won).

However, I hope the Sooners never change their unis.

 

Kind of harkens back to WWII when they would paint those zig zag lines on the hulls of ships thinking the spotters on U-boats would be unable to tell which direction they were heading.
