Well we now know the defense won't keep us in this game. Classic Mike Stoops defense.

I have become accustomed to Stoops' teams being Jeckyl and hyde between games but now they are doing it during games.

 

It's a little strange that the only 2 teams that Mayfield has something to prove against, whorns and tech, he has looked nothing like he has against all the other teams. Tech has a very bad D. Hell, I say we ditch the pass and go with all running plays. (Half joking, of course.)

 

Let's blame the defense for two starting possessions inside the 50. Sounds legit

This has nothing to do with coaching. Baxter f'd up and OU got punched. Then Mayfield crapped his pants and OU took another shot. Players have to make plays.

The fumble was returned inside the 10, the pick returned inside the 35. Neither of those were the fault of the defense.

 

That TT guys just laid down with no contact. Either weird injury, or just to get a "timeout"
