The bright lining to this is that we probably won't have a Sat night game again this season with mussy and the love bug. Ahhh, this still sucks.
I had forgotten about how our D line can't get any pressure. I'm really disappointed by their inability to get into the backfield. I'm also disappointed by the play of our offense. Our o-line let them get a lot of pressure. Landry just runs backwards with no idea of what to do when someone is coming at him. Landry threw some backbreaking picks. I think it's really hard to watch this team play so poorly. It's not like we got beat in a hard fight where we played our best. We played like garbage and lost. In the long run, I'm happy to be an OU fan and I'm proud of what we've accomplished over the past decade. But right now I'm really just unhappy with another poor road performance and another loss in another big game.
Cant be mad at missouri. It was a well played game by Missouri. We had our chances and just didnt make the plays we needed. TOUGH LOSS but we have been here before and we will be back.
Well, at least we know Landry Jones is the greatness a lot here have been saying he was. Yeah, let me tell you...2 INTs, **** poor decisions all game. He is good, but about as good a Hybl is and that is all.
Here is my dream: OU wins out the rest of OUr games. Mizzou goes to 12-0 and plays OU in the Big 12 Title game with MNC implications on the line. OU wins by 30+ points.
Man, why are we so much worse on the road than home? I know every team is, but great teams at home are usually close to great on the road. We go from great at home to barely average on the road, just like ol' A&M under Slocum.
