Folks, I'm pretty slow to criticize play calling, but I don't understand our offensive game plan at all.

I think Josh has been a great QB coach. And I think he's had some positives as a co-coordinator. But his play calling has been streaky at best. A few times he gets in a rhythm, but a lot of times his play selection doesn't make sense to me.

I'd like to suggest our defense is playing fair, though poorly on some plays.

First, our offense has not done well which puts pressure on the D.

Second, we're already thin at DT and we all knew it. DL has been playing better this year but we're still thin.

Third, we're already thin at LB and we all knew it.

Fourth, the very two injuries on D we couldn't stand are the two we've got, starting DT and LB.

Fifth, UT offense is playing lights out. Mack has finally decided to let them do what they do best, run the ball.

Sixth, in spite of all these factors, our D only gave up 16 points this half.

While the defense is not playing well, it could be a lot worse.

I agree, D is playing poorly on some plays. That includes a couple of coverage busts McCoy failed to capitalize on. However, considering the factors I mentioned, we're lucky their run game has not netted them more points.

Receivers are not getting open. They've completely shut down Saunders and Shepherd as threats from what I can tell and the opportunities we should have with Bester, Neal, etc., aren't happening. And the normally sure handed Clay drops a certain TD. We've had our chances, but we aren't getting them.

Receivers are not getting open. They've completely shut down Saunders and Shepherd as threats from what I can tell and the opportunities we should have with Bester, Neal, etc., aren't happening.
