I know folks expect our Coaches and players to step up when they have their top players go out on a Season Ending Injury.....but seriously....We lost Murray to the Pros and replaced him with a Walk on that got the job from Finch who folks expected Roy to be DeMarco's replacement, and then Ryan Broyles (Probably the best WR in Oklahoma History) goes out. We get a guy to step up (Jaz Reynolds) and he gets hurt. Now....we all know now that around 10 other players have basically given up on our Team and moved on when they had a chance to hang in there and weather the storm. They didn't.

Now....some of you throw out that we can't run basic plays. We aren't a Basic play Team. We are a Team that was supposed to compete for a MNC this year. It's a huge and very tough thing that is going on right now. I'm estatic that we are playing Iowa tough and we are up 14 points at the half. I think the guys that showed up to play tonight for The Sooners are doing exactly what they need to do. WIN.

Give it a rest. Bob, Josh and Brent have a lot to do right after this game is over. We have a ton of Scholarships to fill. IMO that's something to our benefit as recruits who might not have considered OU before might just sign up as I've seen Bob go to 4 MNCs and win 7 Conference Championships and put a bunch of guys in the NFL. If I was a kid with dreams of going Pro....I'd be sitting on the edge of my chair waiting for an invite to come to Norman and checkout how I could fit in.
