Sooner Eclipse

but his heel came down OOB. if he had somehow landed on his toe and not his heel, it was a TD

He brought his toe down inbounds, then dropped his heel down partially out of bounds. Toe down first in bounds = TD

The only way the toe counts is if the foot doesn't come down, like "dragging the toe" going out of bounds.

seriously guys, thats not a TD. it doesnt matter if his toe gets in first. if any part of your foot goes out of bounds, then it is out of bounds.
so what your saying is, is that if he catches it and he gets his toe in and hes going down and his knee goes out of bounds after his toe already has hit the ground its out of bounds?

I think KW is a good coach and I realize what he did last year. To me it's that he tries to run the same offense this year as he did last year. Remember how we had a diverse 11 on offense that could do so many things?? We don't have that anymore and we don't have a Heisman QB. Time to simplify and adjust to your personnel. REALLY? KW was good LAST YEAR when he had 11 players with experience. The sign of a good coach is taking less talent and doing something with it. KW is clearly unable of doing that. You have to change your offense to fit the talent that you have currently.

I don't understand why we even try to throw a pass down the field with Landry it's not going to be a successful preposition most of the time. Ok guys. What is KW supposed to do? As cliche as it is..."the game is won at the line" is true. At this point, where our line is, what are his options? We have tried to run up the middle, outside, screen passes, downfield passes, wildcat, no trick plays yet but it doesn't matter when the blocking isn't there.

If you want to go after coaches, go at them because this team doesn't play the same away as it does at home, obviously. This has nothing to do with scheme or play calling. It has to do with preparation and toughness.

Some things:

-Stop handing the ball off out of the shotgun deep in the backfield when your O-line sucks. We never get big runs handing the ball off out of the shotgun.
-Get your O-line blocking laterally down the line of scrimmage so you can run counters instead of running straight into a collapsing O-line who can't block straight off the ball.
-On pass plays, have your O-line cut block low instead of standing up so high and getting blown back into the pocket.
-misdirection, misdirection,misdirection
-shovel pass
