That's funny.Realistically we'll be happy if we don't have anybody seriously injured and the check clears.
Oh, boy...their two starting CB's are 5'8.
Repeating................5 feet, 8 inches tall.
Malcolm...enjoy!
DL is very small...we should get the running stats back up this week.
“It never changes. Football is a game of repetition, mental and physical. You may try to articulate it a little different, but it's the same thing: Get better players, make fewer mistakes, and drill the fundamentals into your players' heads. The rest of it is a joke. Teams aren't winning because of what they had for breakfast or what some coach said in the locker room.” - Barry Switzer

You have know idea. The BYU/UofU/USU jokes are common out there. Personally I'd cheer for USU before the Y. But that's b/c my FIL loves BYU. I have to give him crap somehow.Originally Posted by Flagstaffsooner
BUT THEN he mentions OUr record against BYU.
lot of folk in Hawaii cheer for BYU also, but there's probably a bigger contingent there that hates them to the core...ironically most all of them are Mormons.Originally Posted by soonerhubler

there is a BYU campus in Hawaii, perhaps that's a reason why.

In my three years in SLC, I never got a feel for what people thought about USU. It was all about UU vs. BYU.Originally Posted by soonerhubler

On a serious note....These guys are worse than most Div. 1AA teams....and I mean the bad ones not the good ones. I'd go as far as to say they probably could not beat teams like McNeese State or Nicholls State.

Utah State has played some good NCAA tournament games in hoops as a high seed. just, FYI.
the format on that Scout board is awful.

That's the player who catches onside kicks with his facemask and drops potential game winning interceptions and touchdown passes.Originally Posted by sooner518
They are definitely overmatched, and we will probably manhandle them, but you can never overlook anybody. I don't think our players will, I'm just sayin'... Maybe this is the first game where Keith Nichol gets a snap. Sure hope so.
Hang half a hundred by halftime.
