kind of a tough choice, the first two are almost different genres, kinda like the first two Alien movies
1st one was the best. Hard to beat the original story. The production values and special FX were better in the 2nd one but a lot of the interesting aspects of the 1st movie weren't there and I can't stand Edward Furlong.

I gotta go with T2. I think I actually saw it first since it came out when I was 12 or so.
T1 is a classic, but sometimes it's hard to overlook the campy 80s music and production.
