He comes from a real good family. His dad was my baseball coach.
I haven't read the article in a couple of days, but if I remember correctly he was playing baseball here, but really wanted to play basketball. OU Baseball Assistant Coach called and asked him to come back to OU to play baseball and they would get him a meeting with Coach Capel so he could play both sports... At least I remember it that way.
