407lbs. That's 4 plates on each side +the little collars. I am ready for the RRS!
Just got it last night and I am soooooooo glad. It was my last try before I started to drop weight. I am 260lb now and want to get to 230lb. Maybe 220lb. I doubt if I'll stay as strong, but luggin this body around can get old. Plus I quit drinking, so I'll drop weight like 151 in a flaming Dr. Pepper.

Well, I have been super ill the past few days. No better way to drop weight in my opinion. Any food that DOES stay down is quickly evacuated. Perfect.
