Our experiment is having its annual workshop at the university of my employment. So I get to visit the place that writes my checks for the second time. This time around I'll have a week to check the place out. Last time was a short day and a half deal where I spent most of my time in the physics department.
In the MSU group at fermilab, we have a naming convention for our computers that names them after bars in East Lansing. So I'm looking forward to visiting all of the bars that our machines are named after. If for no other reason than I can get some context for them.
