im not seeing it solely for the reason that i saw some of the first one. sucktastic. plus i saw a screen shot of this one and the silver surfer had silver balls. almost as bad as giving batman nipples.

I've heard that this movie has caused the fanboy fatwa to be revoked. Still not a great movie, but has enough to make it workable. So I guess I'll see it.

i didn't see the first one or read the comic books, but it actually wasn't too horrible. It was far better than I had expected. Though the dancing scene at the bachelor party was kinda embarassing.

I'm so old I read the Fantastic Four comic book that the movie is based on. I also had issue #1 of The Silver Surfer but my mom cleaned up my room when I was a kid and it was never to be seen again.
