After a Jackson Williams home run in the top of the 8th the Sooners take a three run lead. Conaway got through the top of the UT line up in the bottom of the 8th and OU is three up three down in the bottom of the 9th.
Sooners are now three outs away from taking one in Austin. Every other season, since 2001, OU has been swept when visiting Texas. Even though they lose this series the Sooners will bring a hard fought victory out of this visit.
One out with Conaway still on the mound pitching another complete game so far.

all things being equal, not a bad start to the conference slate (compared to some year's past).
Considering we went 3-3 against the #7/9 and #4 teams in the nation, I'll take our conference start. I would think it's gonna get easier.
