KU never wins in 88 if they don't get the title game in KC, but i still think OU's guards cost them that game.
I had a chance to shake Larry Brown's hand at the C-USA tournament early this month. I'm standing there telling him its an honor to meet him and then I say "I'll never forgive you for 1988" it took him a second and he just chuckled.
Kansas City has hosted more Final Fours then anywhere else and they only have two titles, and one of those was over fifty years ago, so I am guessing it's more then that. Kansas has lost three title games in KC so I'm thinking it's just because they are a bunch of chokers.
