Two close buddies get coaching jobs in the same conference within 3 years of each other.
Both have decent success their 1st 4-6 years on the job, nothing special.
Both find tremendous success after their 1st 4-6 years leading their teams to final fours and sweet 16's.
This success coorelates with a rapid increase in talent level that both coaches recuit to their respective schools.
One coach gets tagged for recruiting probation the other doesn't.
Are the parallels merely coincidence or do people not do their homework?
