I frequented Orange Julius for the first time tonight

Our mall recently added an Orange Julius, the legendary staple of malls everywhere, along with a Dairy Queen (dessert treats only) side-by-side. So while I was doing a little post-Christmas shopping tonight, I was hungry for a snack. Originally, I was set to do Dairy Queen, but in an ever-increasing need to watch my waistline, I couldn't pass up a lowfat smoothie from Orange Julius. So I ordered a three-berry (strawberry, raspberry and blackberry) smoothie and it turned out to be pretty good. Even at four dollars and change.

That is all.

I used to make my own orange juliuses when I was younger with raw eggs because I didn't care about samonella. They rocked.

it originally was. People these days just give to much of a **** about bacteria. You aren't supposed to drink raw milk either but used to do it all the time. Hell, a regular raw egg isn't that bad to eat.

Yeah, I found that on the internet. It said originally that was an option that bodybuilders liked.

Also I found a whole lot of sources that say they use a powder as their "secret ingredient" - a mix of powdered sugar, milk and egg.
