I think it is real, but it was done as a joke by a texas fan. (at least I hope it was done as a joke.) I have also seen it farked with OsU and texas and Tennessee as well.
That guy is real. That's in Tulsa at Drillers Stadium. I think parts of that have been photoshopped though.
And no, it's not picasso. Although they do look a lot alike.
