"The choices we discern as having been made in the Constitutional Convention impose burdens on governmental proceses that often seem clumsy, inefficient, even unworkable, but those hard choices were consciously made by men who had lived under a form of government that permitted arbitrary governmental acts to go unchecked." that INT in the end zone was teeeerrrrible.
120 second flood control!??!?
Yeah, it figures he'd do that right after I said it. My prediction that he wouldn't be fast enough to run on NFL LBs was pretty far off though.

2 great runs in this series.
Indy's defense is gonna kill them in the playoffs.
Holy cow, a 61 yard field goal to win it. Are you kidding me?
That thing was good the second he hit it.

wow.
Mike - You are a San Diego fan right? If so, there is a pretty good article in ESPN the Magazine about Phillip Rivers.
Yeah, I am. I'm currently stressing out about SD letting Buffalo back into the game here..
Don't ever read ESPN Mag, but I'll see if someone has a copy at work and read it.

LaDanian in my hero. I remember watching him in 2000 at Tulsa in the driving rain and being amazed at his ability. He is truly a special player.
I'm really beginning to believe that he may be the greatest offensive weapon in league history. He's only two TDs from tying Sean Alexander for most TDs in one season.
Guy is just a football player. I'm not so sure he couldn't handle kicking duties.

VY is a godsend for us! He beat the Colts through the air and on the ground.
PASSING
CP/AT YDS TD INT
V. Young 15/25 163 2 2
RUSHING
ATT YDS TD LG
V. Young 9 78 0 18
I remember seeing some stat that he is 2 years AHEAD of breaking Emmitt's total rushing recordOriginally Posted by Mike Rich
i'm just glad young is playing for titans, not tejass.
well, young is still looking good.
he gets my respect for idolizing Jim Brown.Originally Posted by mrowl
I can't quite get on the VY bandwagon just yet. His QB rating is still around 70 or something, isn't it? I mean he's like Michael Vick without the deep ball. I know, he's just a rookie QB but you'd think we would have seen something exciting in his passing game after 14 games or so other than consistently being able to hit only the TE drag.
He does still have amazing wheels and looks like he's just jogging when he's flying down the field on the run.
Overall, I just don't see him as a successful NFL QB.
Count me among the remaining disbelievers.
