Yep . . . that'll do it every time.
Download it and put it on a USB thumb drive. Works just fine. Slow at some times, but works just the same.
Sometimes you can skirt the filters by using the IP address rather than the domain name. Won't work forever, but it does work.
We'll post really quietlike, so they won't hear us.

Never tried the IP address route-figured that as soon as the name resolved the domain block would kick in. Guess not.
