I'd say Dean's biggest moment was against Nebraska in 76 or 77 the year with the hook and lateral play with Steve Rhodes.

amazing thing about that though, is Wilson wasn't even on staff when Dean was prognosticating 70/30 Stoops to Ufla.....go figure.

I'm not. He had a lot to do with us coming back to beat the bucknuts giving my friend, and fellow drinking buddy, Uwe, a shot at immortality.

well, not sure how much credit i give to Dean on that one.....we force a big turnover and Dean goes too deep on the pitch play (2 point conversion) before getting it to Peacock who is then forced into the boundary. IIRC.
