Yeah I watched the first half, got bored at halftime and turned it off. Looked typical to me. Not quite as much worthless pass-around on the perimeter, but the scoring and fouls looked familiar. IU with the lead now...up 5 with 3 min to go. And in the 50's. Nothing surprising there.

They beat IU in Indianapolis at Conseco which is Butler's hometown. Butler beat IU last year with Mike Davis at the helm too. Butler also is a pretty solid team that plays in a solid conference. The Butler Program has a had a lot of success over the last 10 years and as a program know how to win.

I think the team needs time to gell. Dickie V had one thing right tonight when he said the team is not used to playing the Sampson style yet and it will take time. I was impressed with the intensity the guys had in the early going but I think the foul trouble really frustrated them. They have to learn to adjust their game accordingly. I hate the loss but it's a very young season and it will take time.
