Pretty good game, Indy's in the process of giving away a lead at the moment.

You tell me it's the institution. Well, you know, you'd better free your mind instead.

I also think the refs are trying (subtly) to take care of the darling Patriots at home.

Sorry, I'm trying to do some reading for classes this week.
... that's not food.
Yup. Marvin Harrison has better body control than some of the Cirque Du Soleil acrobats.

He was told to miss to avoid the overs at 48.
NFL fix was in.
Boston Paper in the morning will have Viniteri's name all over it more than likely...however...his Team still won.
I take back my comment about the refs favoring Boston er... New England.
BUT...They did make a VERY questionable call on a 4th and inches just before the half. On the tube, it really looked like Brady had failed to cross the lne of scrimmage, but the ref BEHIND the Patriot backfield ran up and signalled 1st down without even unpiling for a spot and a measurement. A replay review was useless because the chains had already been moved, so even if they respotted the ball, nobody would know if it was enough for the 1st down. I found that "gimme" to be very VERY strange. If they don't make it, Peyton Manning has the ball in Patriot territory with almost 2 minutes to go. The officials' committee ought to clarify what happened and then slap the peepee out of the bozo in charge.
Other than that, the refs seemed lame in a balanced way.

Last week the Belichek got a call reversed by talking to the ref. I couldn't beleive it. Of course it wouldn't have mattered as they killed the Vikings, but I have never seen a ref change a call as a result of a discussion by a coach.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy.
