technically they refer to it as a "birddog fee"....and it's about a grand per lead that pans out. They're smart though by including the condition that the recruit actually completes basic...otherwise, it would be easy to scam.Originally Posted by SoonerInKCMO

Might want to steer them towards the army instead. I read an article awhile back that the finders fees go as high as $5k, depending on MOS.

Actually, I've been wondering if there's a legal scam to be had in the whole finders-fee thing.
Hang out in front of recruitment stations offering to split the fee with the potential recruits before they ever go in, etc.
