I just got passed a message that Fox Sports South is reporting that Larry Coker's firing will be announced at a presser on Tuesday...
Not sure what to make of that.

"The choices we discern as having been made in the Constitutional Convention impose burdens on governmental proceses that often seem clumsy, inefficient, even unworkable, but those hard choices were consciously made by men who had lived under a form of government that permitted arbitrary governmental acts to go unchecked." INS v. Chadha, 462 U.S. 919 (1983) (Burger, C.J.)
Butch Davis.
can he coach defense?
When all else fails, get a bigger hammer.
Well, he's been the only guy able to slow the Hurricane offense down...

Ha! I think that's really stupid to fire him mid season... However, it's a very fitting example of that unrivaled Miami class.
After Louisville's A**-whipping on them...
I'm surprised he's not gone already.
They looked better than that when I watched them play FSU a few weeks ago.
There is a team who's in need of a win.
I don't have much sympathy for them though.
There's an article at SI where he doesn't act like he's going anywhere.

Kosar and Jim Kelly are flying down for the meeting this week.
Whatever that means.
He should be fired.

I cant find anything about this
If it's true, it's excellent. I hope less miles, crack brown, and larry cokehead all share a refrigerator box under the same bridge.
Coker isn't a good fit down South... he's a decent man trying to coach a bunch of thugs.
I don't find coker to be a terrible person. I wouldn't put him at a level with the likes of MoLester Miles at least.
i find it quite hilarious and stupid that les miles' name is mentioned in this thread.

So naturally, he will be mentioned in a thread with another loser, Larry Coker.
