Marijuana always helps me with soreness. And not getting sore in the first place.
A little ibuprofen goes a long way for me.
I'm fine till a cutie comes in. Then it is up to me to impress her with my ox-like strength while she "pretends" not to notice. She notices though, she notices.
It's not a good leg workout if you can walk out of the gym without assistance.
