    Dear Cox Communications,

I love my new DVR, it freaking RAWKS.

    However,

My MLB Extra Innings package STILL hasn't transferred over to the new box, and I've already called you guys twice about the situation and you assured me you would take care of it. But every time I click on a channel to watch a scheduled game, I get the "call customer service to subscribe to this channel" notation. And of all the times for this, as we near the homestretch of the baseball season and one of my teams is fighting for a postseason berth.

    Rant over.

the ONLY reason I would switch back to cable, the new Tivo 3 is going to have a cable card slot. rock.

    Re: Dear Cox Communications,

Oh, and I guess they'll also make a new TiVO/DVR that can record at least 100 hours of programming. I've got 50 measly hours on mine.

    Re: Dear Cox Communications,

My innerweb connection has been clunky lately . . . of course I can't complain about Cox anymore since they sold out to Sudden Link.

Since then my link hasn't been very sudden.
