So I went downtown...

...to take some pictures of my fair city. Thought I'd share them with you guys. I took about 150 of them so I'm just posting my favorites.

There's still so many empty buildings that have so much potential - it's almost painful to see. A lot of them are being renovated/converted so that's good to see. New retail..new housing...new office/business spaces...so much growth and signs of new life. But the ones that sit empty just...make me sad.

But there are others that are just full of life and energy. Some of the older buildings are just so beautiful - The First National Building gives me chills. It's my favorite, by far.

And the first one that McRaes-up my thread and turns into a 'OKC vs. XXX' is gonna get baned for the day. I already cleared it with Dean.

And I covered only about 4 blocks. I roamed around for about 3 hours. Covering all of downtown is gonna take some time.

But I'm gonna do it so I can create an album of how things look now. It's not gonna be like this forever...
