    Body Heat

Watched this classic again last night. If you haven't seen it... get it.

Great performances by Kathleen Turner as the Vamp and William Hurt as the patsy. Her deep, smokey voice is entrancing.

    The music score is haunting.

The way that Turner, as Matty Walker, manipulates people, the events surrounding her, sets her schemes in motion and is relentless in their pursuit is stunning.

A classic of the film noir genre, nothing is as it seems, except the perfect symmetry of Matty Walker's evil nature.

Good performances by all, including a small role by Mickey Roarke.

    Great film.

Exactly, Kathleen Turner seemed attractive in that film.

Reminded me of "Wild Things" without all the boobs flopping about.............oh, wait, that's why I liked "Wild Things" better.

I'm not sure that's a classic of the film noir genre but rather a well-done homage to the classics of the film noir genre.
