Bell & Bell Gardens used to be so full of Okies that they were called "billy
goat acres". lots of depression era Okies, that gave up picking oranges
& went to work in defense plants. (during & after the war)
lots of those towns, like East LA, have large mexican populations.

I can personally vouch for Fabens, Sunland Park, and Anthony as being full of uneducated idiots.
