at this point in the process, I can only assume it was a typo and they meant to say "cram"...
It's a toss-up between MK2 and SF2. Both were great.
The nod goes to MK2 because of the "finishing moves"

Street Fighter II. It isn't close.
A worthy addition to the list as far as older games go would have been Konami's Yie-Ar Kung Fu.
It had a complicated move set like Karate Champ, but also featured different fighters with different styles like Street Fighter.
Plus, when you kicked the fat dude in the nuts, his eyes got all big.

I would sell my truck to buy a functional, and repairable, Karate Champ game. I would not, however, be able to give them my truck until after I used it to move the game. ...just in case any of you know anybody...

Is Karate Champ the one with the double joysticks instead of joystick + button?

I think you can pretty much download all of the mentioned games and play them via an emulator on your PC . . . or at least you can some of them.
