It's been a good season although I felt we really foreshadowed our post-season with a rather mediocre in-conference regular season performance. Still they gave Michigan some hell in the Regionals.

This thread even had pics....but, alas, the title was still misleading.
Their success the and failures the past 6 seasons has been foreshadowed by the OU football season.

every other year they have been in the hunt.
2006 were good years but not OU type years.
they'll be back in the hunt next year..

That's a real scary comparison.
I don't know. The football team has never really been close to actually having a losing record in its regular season conferece play in the last six years. And I do not believe our conference was that strong in softball. (Perhaps this jinx will result in two Big XII teams playing in the final championship game.)
