BOYCOTT "I Am Legend"!!!!!
Very sad news, Kirby was a great player and a fan favorite.
Sad indeed.....RIP Kirby.
Taken too soon both from baseball and from life.
The 1991 World Series is still one of my all time favorites.
well that's sucky news....
Man, that shocked me to see that post heading. Kirby was one of the best pure hitters in baseball. His eye problem came out of nowhere and abruptly ended his career.
I don't know what to think of him as a person. A lot of dirt came out about his private life a few years ago. I'll reserve judgement because we don't know how much of that was true.
A former elite pro athlete dead at 44. Man!

I'm very sad to learn that.
You tell me it's the institution. Well, you know, you'd better free your mind instead.

Did he have history with roids or anything?

RIP
Kirby had significant cardiovascular issues, which contributed to his
glaucoma, blood pressure and other health problems.
My favorite Minnesota sports personality of all time.
RIP Puck!
