ok, so I didn't look at the date...
so if I am reading things correctly, then it would seem that in SD, would be perfectly OK for a woman to give herself an abortion? (since the mother cannot be charged under the SD law)
is this correct?
the "manual" isn't for the mother, it's for some non-doctor to perform the abortions on her friends and family
