    Fishing guide?

Who can recommend a striper bass fishing guide?

And if there's any off chance that anyone's hired a guide for fishing in the Puget Sound - could use a name there too....I'll use Rob Endsley for river fishing, but anyone have a line on a good halibut/salmon guide for the Sound?

    In that case,

I've been to Texoma more than a few times, & to be honest with you, guides on that particular lake are a dime a dozen, IMO. The reason I say that is that Texoma is a numbers lake. Save for a VERY few weather exceptions, you're going to catch a good amount of fish regardless of who takes you out, but chances are you're probably not going to get a really big one (although they're definitely in there) due to having to weed through all the smaller ones. If you've got, or have access to, a decent sized boat (that lake can get VERY rough), & a good graph, I'd skip the guide all together personally. If not, just try google & start price shopping.

If you just want to catch fish, then yeah you can catch all the 3-5lbers you want with any guide on Texoma. If you REALLY want to go striper fishing you must visit Beaver Lake outside of Rogers Arkansas. Here is the a link to the best guide on the lake, and probably the best striper fisher in the country...Don Andreason, and his wife was the 2005 female angler of the year.

Here's a pic of one that I caught at Beaver last year.

Beaver Lake was actually my first choice. I've seen some monsters pulled out of there.
