I love this time of year, because starting today and running through next sunday, NASCAR has speedweeks starting tonight with the shootout, and ending next Sunday with the Daytona 500, Royals Pitchers and Catchers report on Friday, Nebraska baseball opens their season on Thursday, I turn 24 on Thursday, a sweet field trip is thrown in for me, plus my Grandma is making me and herself a birthday supper + cake tonight. In general I am stoked about this week.
For the good old American lifestyle: For the money, for the glory, and for the fun... mostly for the money.
I just want to endure the next seven weeks until the real baseball season starts, MLB opening day. Good luck to the Royals, I think they'll be improved.
