Ripped as in the photo below, he weighs in the low 140s. On duty in Iraq, where the heat is incredible, you'd think he'd just melt away. Fortunately, he still works out in the gym six days a week, and he's bulking up, aiming at 200 pounds.

How tall is this guy, like 5'5"? I'm 6'2" and weigh 163 with no muscle at all.
