What happened was that GUMBY and the boosters put up this HUGE bilboard poster saying OSWHO WANTS YOU. They have been doing the same thing in the Houston area and they're (osWHO) saying that the reason they are putting up these signs and it's legal is because they are trying to get more season ticket holders in their "new" stadium, which we all know is a crock.
