If you knew someone that was burning records, as opposed to shredding, during a burn ban would it irritate the crap out of you?
They said the local PD said it was OK as long as it was in an enclosed container, but I can't believe it's a good idea during a burn ban even if it is legally done, which I'm still highly suspicious about.
