the tile effect is a duped layer, set the mosaic to 20, sharpen a few times, drop the opacity to around 40-50. dupe the second one, set levels to 0,255,148, then drop the opacity on that one to about 10-15. use a soft brush to erase it where need be.

The ribbons are just brushes named 'keep dreaming'.

the res lines are a fill i made. just create a new image of 1 pixel wide x 2 pix tall, fill the bottom pixel with black using pencil tool. save it as a fill. drop into whatever your working on via 'edit\fill'

nah it's easier than that, you make the fill, which is just 2 pixels, then on the pic you want to drop it on, make a selection on a new layer, then goto edit and fill. then select the fill you just made. it will fill the whole selection.
